Back in 2007, Academic Answers Limited relied almost exclusively on Google Adwords to attract customers and gain sales. Although Google Adwords worked well for them, the cost of obtaining an order was around £100, and their annual Adwords spend was in the region of £500,000.

Then the Company was dealt a devastating blow. Google would no longer allow companies to advertise the use of academic writing and support services. They lost their sole source of advertising overnight.

That’s when Angel SEO came on board. Angel quickly identified that the website had been poorly developed and had terrible rankings in Google. Over the first six months we developed a brand new SEO-friendly website and started to get their rankings on the up.

Within the first three months we had pushed one of their top converting keywords (essays) from 232nd position in Google onto the first page in 3rd. Naturally, they saw a massive surge in orders!

The launch of the new site had a phenomenal effect on search engine positioning. Not only did it start to outrank the competitors but online sales went through the roof.

From the launch of the site, we devised a plan with the UKEssays.com team and advised that they add content on a daily basis to target more and more keywords with specific content.

When the new redesign went live the site consisted of 52 pages, after the 12 months of adding content, the site is now touching 2,000 pages - thus giving them more scope to target the really niche keyword terms which could guarantee more and more online sales.

Now in 2010 the site continues to grow and rank better and we now work very closely with them in a consultancy role.
